The East Bank Trail

It's a steady stream of mid 70's for the rest of the week with nothing but sunshine. I didn't know that was possible in the month of August.

Work continues on Brady Street today. It was supposed to be a one day project but yesterday's rain took it to tuesday. They are scraping off the top two inches and repaving it. So far it looks great!

It looks like Tropical Storm Bertha lost some steam after hitting 80 mile per hour winds. It's always a relief when these burn out before picking up steam and turning into a major hurricane.

Coco is on his way over. I smell some soccer in my future tonight!

I took a walk over to the East Bank Trail down by the Milwaukee River. The whole area is becoming better each year and they are building a park on the west side of the river. I took a few pics. Not sure what the Batman sign on the tree was all about. Maybe he's watching the area for criminal activity!
